Dolly Parton Imagination Library

If you have a child between the ages of 0 and 5, I highly recommend you sign up for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library.

It is completely free with no need to qualify.  Dolly gives a free book to every child each month from birth to age 5.  That is 60 books!

Now these are not just any books.  Some are classics.  Some are Caldecott and Newbery Award winners.  Most are hardcover or board books (for infants.)  All of them have great plot lines.  We have not been disappointed yet.

Here are some of the titles that my daughter has received since we signed up.  She is 10 months old.

This is a great way to promote literacy and get children and families reading with no excuses.

(I get no money for endorsing them.  I just really love their program.)
